Privacy Notice
This information sheet is the fourhome.hu Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR) provides information on the processing of personal data of visitors to the website and of interested parties who contact us via the website, and Act CXII of 2011 on the Right to Self-Determination in Information and Freedom of Information (Infotv.).

Hereinafter referred to as the „Data Controller”. Given the nature and scale of its activities, the Data Controller is not required to appoint a Data Protection Officer (DPO); it can be contacted regarding data protection matters at the email address provided above.
2. The scope, purpose, legal basis and duration of the data processing
2.1. Contact us and request a quote (form)
By completing the „Request a quote / Enquiry” form on the website, you can provide the following details for the purpose of making an enquiry about the flats:

Duration of data processing: We will process the data until the enquiry is closed or consent is withdrawn, after which we will delete it. If a contractual relationship is established as a result of the enquiry, the processing of the related data is subject to a separate legal basis (performance of a contract or a legal obligation – e.g. accounting retention requirements).
Consent is voluntary. The fields marked with an asterisk must be completed in order for us to process your enquiry; without them, we will be unable to contact you.
2.2. Enquiries by email
If you contact us directly by email (info@fourhome.hu), we will process the data you provide (name, email address and any other information included in your message) for the purpose of responding to your enquiry. Legal basis: your consent and the Data Controller’s legitimate interest in responding to enquiries addressed to it (Article 6(1)(a) and (f) of the GDPR). Duration: until the correspondence is concluded or until consent is withdrawn.
3. Management of cookies
This website uses cookies to ensure it functions properly, to analyse traffic and – subject to your consent – for marketing purposes. When you open the site, a cookie banner appears, allowing you to manage your consent on a category-by-category basis. With the exception of essential cookies, all other cookies are only loaded once you have given your explicit consent. The website uses Google Consent Mode It applies the ‘opt-in’ approach: in the absence of consent, measurement and advertising services do not store data that can be used for identification purposes.

The Data Controller will not sell or disclose your data to third parties for marketing purposes without your consent. Data may be disclosed to the authorities where required by law.
5. Data transfers to third countries
When using Google’s services, data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area (e.g. to the United States). Google ensures appropriate data protection safeguards in accordance with the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and the Standard Data Protection Clauses adopted by the European Commission. Such data transfers will only take place if you have given your consent for the relevant cookie category.
6. Data security
The Data Controller implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, in particular against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, erasure or destruction. The website is accessible via an encrypted (HTTPS/SSL) connection, and only authorised persons have access to the data.
7. Your rights (as a data subject)
Under the GDPR, you have the following rights in relation to the processing of your personal data:
- Right of access: You may request information as to whether we process your data and, if so, to what extent.
- Right of rectification: You may request that any inaccurate data be corrected or that any missing data be supplemented.
- Right to erasure („right to be forgotten”): You may request the erasure of your personal data in the circumstances specified by law.

You may submit your request using the contact details provided above (point 1). The Data Controller will respond to the request within a maximum of within a month by this deadline; this deadline may be extended by a further two months where justified, in which case we will inform you.
8. Remedies
If you believe that your rights have been infringed in connection with the processing of your personal data, please contact the Data Controller directly using the contact details provided above – we endeavour to resolve any issues that arise quickly and directly.
