15 cm EPS external wall insulation

Dryvit plaster system, available in off-white and beige shades. The basis for the building’s A++ energy rating.

Combined premium roofing

A stylish combination of the classic grooved concrete roof tiles used on the main roof and the light grey (RAL 7034) corrugated metal sheeting featured on the roof extensions. 

Sintered laser-cut balustrade
